The necropolis with medieval tombstones in Faletići near Sarajevo is located within the still active Old Graveyard Faletići 1.
The site contains 57 medieval tombstones, of which 51 are chest tombstones and six are gabled tombstones. Many sank into the ground, and some were overturned and damaged. The medieval tombstones have no decorations, and it is particularly interesting that six of them contain depressions, or water troughs.
The medieval tombstones are oriented in a northwest-southeast direction, except for three medieval tombstones that are oriented in a southwest-northeast direction.
In 2012, the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared the necropolis with medieval tombstones and Muslim tombstones in Faletići a national monument.
