{"id":9349,"date":"2025-03-17T11:40:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T10:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fondacijabassania.org\/en\/?p=9349"},"modified":"2025-09-01T20:16:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T19:16:59","slug":"ekipa-fondacije-obisla-gradinu-u-donjem-biosku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fondacijabassania.org\/en\/blog\/ekipa-fondacije-obisla-gradinu-u-donjem-biosku\/","title":{"rendered":"Foundation Team Visits the Hillfort in Donji Biosko"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Continuing the exploration of Illyrian hillforts around Sarajevo, the team of the <em>Foundation &#8220;Heritage Watchdogs \u2013 Bassania&#8221;<\/em>, Emir and Fe\u0111a, also visited the hillfort in Donji Biosko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hillfort is small and almost completely overgrown, so we barely made our way through the bushes and branches. It is located on the southernmost rocky plateau, not far from the Orthodox cemetery, from where there is a view of the settlement of Hladivode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like most Illyrian hillforts, it is accessible only from one (northern) side. Below it flows the Duboki Stream, which empties into the Mo\u0161\u0107anica. According to research by Lidija Feke\u017ea, the hillfort was inhabited during the Bronze and Iron Ages.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb wp-block-pgcsimplygalleryblock-masonry \"
