In his 1971 book, Bešlagić once again inaccurately described the necropolis at the Jahatine (Dolinice) site, which is located along the road between Donje and Gornje Vrsinje. Specifically, he did not visit the location in person, but rather had the data collected on his behalf by Radoslav Milić, a teacher from Milići. According to that initial description, the necropolis contained 44 medieval tombstones (4 slabs, 6 chests, 30 gabled roofs, and 4 pillars), along with notes stating that the monuments were moderately crafted and preserved, lacked decorations, and had no recorded orientation.
Our observations: The necropolis actually contains 59 medieval tombstones, exactly as inventoried by Bujak. Decorative motifs are indeed present, including Arian crosses and borders. The medieval tombstones are oriented in a northwest–southeast direction.
Also noticeable at the site is a rectangular depression whose shape resembles the foundations of a former structure. Its orientation matches that of the medieval tombstones, which may suggest the presence of a Bosnian church; however, it is difficult to assert anything with certainty without detailed archaeological research.
